Специалист по маркетингу / Marketing Executive
We are looking for Marketing Executive who are responsible for Russian market. Marketing Executive is a part of the Global Marketing team with the head office in Perth, Australia. General marketing plan comes from HQ, but all the activities are created and developed locally.
We are looking for highly organized, responsible, positive, and open-minded person. Problem-solving and decision-making mindset will help you to succeed. Good at time management and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and project planning skills would be great to have.
- Relevant working experience: you either have 2+ years in Marketing department at the company; OR 3+ years on the Marketing agency side.
- Strong experience in SMM, WordPress CMS.
- Midlevel of Photoshop – to create blog posts pictures (often), Illustrator – to check and small correction of printed materials (from time to time), good to have basic skills in video editing, blogs and SMM quality, but not necessary.
- English – intermediate level is a must, upper intermediate – increase your chances, both written and speaking to work with international marketing team.
- Digital trends and technology savvy.
- Eagerness to test, learn, fail, do successfully and scale up.

- Articles: Since mining and geology is pretty difficult topic and requires specific knowledge – Our specialists write articles, manuals, and specific posts which ME checks and sends to the magazines, publish in MM blog and at social medias.
- Press-releases, interviews, and news – can be translated HQ texts, or written by ME, or organized by magazines. Usually 1-3 per month.
- Event Management:
- ME develops yearly plan of the events to attend (exhibitions, seminars, tradeshows, etc.) – about 2-3 big events (booth, activity, souvenirs, business trips, etc) and 10-12 smaller events (sometimes just our speaker, a rollup banner, leaflets and a few souvenirs packs for special clients – ME doesn’t have to be there).
- ME develops plan of Micromine brand events such as MICROMINE Users Conferences (1-2 per year), product launches with Product team (1-2 event), Olympiads for students with Education Team (1-2 events).
- Regular event support tasks: budget, place, time, website page, emails, posts, designs, photo and video, logistics. With colleagues, volunteers and contractors help.
- Online activities
- Website – Keep website up to date. Blog posts, pages, main page.
- SMM – create and publish posts using scheduling service.
- Paid advertisements:
- Google Ads and Yandex.Direct – contractor.
- Social media paid campaigns – usually ME manages them, but it also can be done by contractor.
- Emails – usually 1 email per month. In addition, 1-3 emails can be sent for event promotions.
- Every 2 months provides simple report from Google Analytics (with help of HQ website analytic, if necessary) and/or Yandex.Metrics.
- Promo materials
- ME develops ideas and orders souvenirs.
- ME manages design works with contractors and orders print materials (leaflets, brochures, posters, etc).
- Competitors analysis – every 1-2 months.
- As mentioned above – analysis of website and social media activities.
- Documentation and Finance
- ME created local budget for marketing activities and controls all costs.
- ME signs contracts with the contractors and provides all accounting documents.
Compensation and benefits:

- Probation period – 3 months.
- Timing: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00 (can be negotiated to 9:00 to 18:00, but not recommended, because we work with East part of the planet more)
